Creating and managing organisers

To sell tickets in Fienta, sign up to create a user. An organiser with the same name will be created for you, and its details can be modified later.

Before you can publish your event and start selling tickets, you must verify your account.

If you need to grant additional users access to the organiser, please refer to the article about adding users for more information.

Adding new organiser

If you already have an account with Fienta and need to add a new organiser, navigate to “Settings” -> “My organizers” and click on “Add organizer”:

You will have two options:

  • Create a new organiser from scratch: Choose this option if you want to set up entirely new ticket seller details.

  • Make a copy of the current organiser: Select this option to replicate the current organiser, including its verification status. 

You can also choose to grant access to the same users as the existing organiser.

Changing ticket seller and payout details

Please contact us directly when you need to change the ticket seller details and the receiver of payouts. We will review your account balance, make a payout to the current organiser and change the organiser.

Deleting an organiser

You can delete an organiser at “My organizers”. This option is only available if no events or ticket orders have been created under the specific organiser.
