Account verification

Before starting ticket sales, you are required to verify your seller information and bank account.

To verify your account:

  1. Log in to Fienta.

  2. Navigate to Settings -> Billing settings and complete the required information about the ticket seller and payout recipient.

  3. Depending on the ticket seller's country and the payout currency, the final step to verify your identity and bank account is to make a €1 test payment or confirm your personal details using Veriff.

Verifying your account with a test payment

Instructions for making the test payment can be found in Fienta. Once the payment reaches us, we will promptly return it and notify you via email when you are ready to start ticket sales. Depending on your bank’s location, the transfer and our account verification process may take up to a few business days.

After completing the test payment, there is nothing more you need to do. We will email you as soon as the payment is received and your account has been verified.

Verifying your account with Veriff

To confirm your personal details using Veriff, you will need a valid identity document and a computer or smart device with a webcam. As soon as your identity is successfully verified and you are ready to start ticket sales, we will notify you via email.
