Can I return or change tickets?

No, we do not refund tickets but you can freely give or sell it to another person.

I haven't received the e-mail with tickets

Tickets are sent out automatically and should be in your mailbox within minutes after successful payment. If you did not receive an e-mail from us, please check your spam folder first. In case you still haven't received your tickets, perhaps you mistyped your e-mail address. Please contact the event organizer or write us an email at info@fienta.com attaching your payment details.

I received tickets after the end of the event

If you were unable to attend the event because of technical problems in our system, we will make a full refund of ticket price.

Can I sell my own tickets here?

Yes, Fienta is open for all event organizers! Please take a look at our features or sign up for a free account and give us a try.
