Sharing the sales overview and attendee list

Sales overview

Occasionally, you may need to share the sales overview with an artist, marketing agency, or colleague who does not have access to your event on Fienta.

You can do this by sharing a unique link that lets them view the main figures and general statistics on the event overview page.

You can find the link at the bottom of the event Overview page.

You can test the link by using a private window or a different browser where you are not logged into Fienta.

Attendee list

Similarly, you can share the tickets or attendee list. This list will also include data from attendee-based order form questions, if any have been added. You can find the option to share the tickets or attendee list in the footer of the "Orders & tickets" > "Tickets" page.
