Can I cancel my unpaid invoice?
Yes. If you have changed your mind about attending or have already completed another order, you can cancel a pending invoice before payment is made. The tickets reserved for you will also be cancelled.
Open your order page (link in your invoice email).
Click Cancel invoice.
After cancellation, a credit invoice will automatically be generated and sent to your email address.
