Terms and conditions for the Refer-a-Friend Programme

Fienta Ticketing OÜ ("Fienta"), registered under code 12658162, with its principal office at Hobujaama 4, Tallinn 10151, and reachable via email at [email protected].

Participation in the Refer-a-Friend Programme is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Programme Overview

1.1 The Fienta Refer-a-Friend Programme (the “Programme”) allows existing Fienta users (“Referrers”) to invite new event organisers (“Referrals”) to use Fienta’s ticketing services.

1.2 Referrers may share their unique referral link with potential Referrals.

1.3 When a Referral signs up through a Referrer's unique referral link and meets the Programme requirements, both the Referral and the Referrer will receive referral credit in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Referrers

2.1 To participate in the Programme and qualify for Referral credit, a Referrer must:

2.1.1 Have an active Fienta account, that has not been suspended, terminated or restricted by Fienta.

2.1.2 Share their unique referral link in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Referrers may participate as individuals or as businesses.

2.3 Fienta reserves the right to restrict or refuse participation in the Programme at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Referrals

3.1 Referrals must not have previously confirmed Fienta account.

3.2 Fienta reserves the right to determine whether a Referral qualifies as a new organiser.

3.3 Fienta may reject any Referral at its reasonable discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, or inaccurate information.

4. Referral Links

4.1 Fienta will provide each Referrer with a unique referral link.

4.2 The referral link must be used by the Referral when signing up in order for the referral to be recorded and credit to be applied.

4.3 Fienta reserves the right to determine referral attribution at its reasonable discretion.

5. Referral Credits

5.1 Subject to these Terms, each qualifying referral provides:

5.1.1 €50 fee credit (or the equivalent value in GBP, USD, or the organiser's account currency) to the Referral upon successful account confirmation.

5.1.2 €50 fee credit (or the equivalent value in GBP, USD, or the organiser's account currency) to the Referrer once the Referral:

5.1.2.1 signs up through the Referrer's unique referral link; and

5.1.2.2 successfully confirms their Fienta account.

5.2 Referral credits:

5.2.1 are applied to the Fienta account balance;

5.2.2 cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

5.2.3 are automatically applied towards Fienta ticketing and payment fees until fully used.

5.2.4 expire six (6) months after they are issued if unused.

6. Programme Restrictions

6.1 The Programme may not be used for:

6.1.1 self-referrals;

6.1.2 creating multiple accounts for the same individual, business, or organisation;

6.1.3 referring organisers that are controlled or managed by the Referrer;

6.1.4 referring organisers within the same organisation primarily to obtain referral rewards.

6.2 Fienta may determine whether accounts belong to the same individual or organisation based on available information, including but not limited to:

6.2.1 account ownership details,

6.2.2 payment information,

6.2.3 contact information,

6.2.4 IP address or other technical identifiers.

6.3 Referral links must not be distributed through:

6.3.1 spam or unsolicited messages,

6.3.2 misleading representations of affiliation with Fienta,

6.3.3 paid advertising using Fienta brand terms.

7. Reversal of Referral Credits

7.1 If Fienta determines that referral credits were obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, Fienta may:

7.1.1 cancel or remove referral credits from the relevant accounts; or

7.1.2 reclaim or offset the value of such credits from future balances or payouts where applicable.

8. Changes to the Programme

8.1 Fienta may modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time.

8.2 Such changes will not affect referral credits that have already been issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fienta shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the Programme.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
