My bank transfer was returned to my account

If you pay by bank transfer, the invoice is issued in the name of the event organiser, but the payment must be made to our ticketing company's bank account.

You should make the payment exactly as stated on the invoice, naming "Fienta Ticketing OU" as the payment beneficiary. If you enter the organiser's name instead, the name and bank account number do not match, and the bank will return the payment to your account.
