Changing venue or postponing the event
1. Change the venue or the event time
Change the venue name and address and/or event time under "Event details":
If you have set a specific sales end time, update that as well under "Ticket types & prices":
If you have set specific date ranges for ticket types, update these as well.
2. Notify your buyers
Use the "Emails" tool to send a message to your buyers and let them know about the changes. Select "Include the tickets in an email" to attach updated tickets.
3. Refund tickets if necessary
If you change the event time, some buyers may request a refund. Read about refunds and cancelling orders.
