I have a question about my refund
If your order status shows “Refund processing”, it means your refund has been initiated and is currently being handled.
How long does a refund take?
Fienta usually processes refunds within one business day after the refund has been initiated. Refunds are sent back to the same account or card that was originally used for the purchase.
How quickly the money reaches your account after the refund has been processed depends on your payment method, bank, and country.
Card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These are card-based payments. Refunds usually arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank and card provider.
Bank link payments and manual bank transfers. Refunds usually arrive on the next business day, depending on the bank and country.
Once the refund has been processed by Fienta, the transfer is handled by the bank or card provider. Fienta cannot speed up or influence when the funds reach your account.
Why can a refund take longer?
Fienta is a ticketing platform, not the event organiser. Ticket revenue is paid out to the organiser, who is responsible for refunds in case of event cancellations.
If the organiser does not have enough available funds in their Fienta account, the refund may be delayed. Fienta cannot issue refunds for funds that are not currently available. In such cases, we contact the organiser and ask them to top up their balance. This may slightly extend the refund process.
