I have a question regarding my refund
If your order status shows "Refund processing", your refund has been initiated and is currently being handled.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are usually processed by Fienta within one business day after approval.
After processing, the time it takes for the money to reach you depends on your payment method, bank, and country:
Card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These are card-based payments. Funds typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank and card provider.
Bank link payments or manual bank transfers: Refunds usually reach you on the next business day, depending on the bank and country.
Once a refund has been sent, Fienta cannot speed up processing times at banks or card providers.
Why can a refund take longer?
Fienta is a ticketing platform, not the event organiser. Ticket revenue is paid out to the organiser, who is responsible for cancellations and refunds.
If the organiser does not have enough available funds in their Fienta account, the refund may be delayed. Fienta cannot issue refunds for funds that are not currently available. In such cases, we contact the organiser and request that they top up their balance, which can take additional time.
