Payouts

Payout schedule

By default, ticket sales from the previous month are transferred to your bank account during the first business days of the following month. However, you can request an earlier payout — for example, if your only event takes place at the beginning of the month, you don’t need to wait until the next month.

We deduct our service fee and any ticket refunds (if applicable) from the received funds. All calculations are based on the actual amount received.

Requesting an additional payout

Go to “Settings” -> “Payouts”, and click the “Request payout” button:

After you have clicked the button, we process your request within one business day and will send you an email notification once the payout has been finalised on our side.

You can get up to 6 payouts per calendar month.

Payout processing time

Due to KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-fraud compliance, each payout goes through a multi-step approval process that includes several team members. This ensures the safety of your funds.

We process payout payout requests in batches near the end of the business day. This keeps operations efficient and secure for all organisers. 

Once your payout is sent, it typically reaches your bank within a few business days, depending on the bank’s processing times.

Ticket buyer’s payment flow

When a buyer purchases a ticket, the funds first go through banks and payment processors, each deducts their own fees. Depending on the payment method used, it may take anywhere from a few days up to a couple of weeks for the money to reach Fienta.

Payout eligibility for today’s ticket sales

We only process payouts for sales that occurred by the end of the previous day. Since today's funds may not yet have arrived in Fienta’s account, it’s not possible to make a payout for tickets sold today.
