Recover your tickets

If you haven’t received your tickets or you’ve lost them, please follow these steps:

  • Check if your tickets have accidentally ended up in your spam folder, or in the “Promotions” tab if you’re using Gmail.

  • Create an account in Fienta using the same email address you used when purchasing the tickets. If there was no typo in the email address entered during purchase, this will give you access to your tickets.

  • If you paid via bank link, you can locate your ticket using the details provided on your bank statement.

  • If you paid by bank transfer using an invoice, please note that it may take some time for the payment to reach us, depending on your bank.
