Markdown – a new option for text formatting

We have added the option to use Markdown to format texts in Fienta. Markdown is a lightweight markup language with plain text formatting syntax that is designed for ease of use and readability.

For example, you can make headers with # and bulleted lists with *:

# Heading
## Subheading

* First item
* Second item
* Third item

With the use of the same kind of simple markup you can make a part of the text bold or italicized, and even create tables.

With Markdown, you can format event descriptions, ticket emails, messages to your ticket buyers, and organiser terms and conditions.
