Toms Rudzinskis ft. JMRM bigband & choir

1. maijā Rīgā, M/House of Jazz, izskanēs Jāzepa Mediņa Rīgas Mūzikas vidusskolas džeza nodaļas gada noslēguma koncerts.

Koncerta pirmajā daļā uzstāsies džeza koris, piedāvājot daudzveidīgu programmu ar džeza klasikas aranžijām un vokālajiem skaņdarbiem. Savukārt otrajā daļā uz skatuves kāps bigbends, kas izpildīs gan tradicionālā, gan mūsdienu džeza skanējumu.

Šis koncerts ir gada laikā paveiktā darba kulminācija – iespēja dzirdēt, kā jaunie mūziķi attīstījuši savu meistarību, muzikalitāti un radošumu. Programmā skanēs džeza klasika un īpaši izvēlēti skaņdarbi, kas atspoguļo studentu izaugsmi un kopējo ansambļu skanējumu.

On May 27t, the Jāzeps Mediņš Riga Music School’s Jazz Department will hold its end-of-year concert at M/House of Jazz in Riga.

The first part of the concert will feature the jazz choir, presenting a diverse program of jazz classics and vocal compositions. In the second part, the big band will take the stage, performing both traditional and contemporary jazz.

This concert is the culmination of the work accomplished over the course of the year—an opportunity to hear how the young musicians have developed their mastery, musicality, and creativity. The program will feature jazz classics and specially selected pieces that reflect the students’ growth and the ensemble’s collective sound.

We invite all jazz lovers and enthusiasts to join this musical event and celebrate the end of the academic year together!
