Currency conversion now happens at purchase
We've updated Fienta's currency conversion process to make reporting clearer and easier to follow.
Currencies are now converted at the time of purchase instead of at payout. This means:
- Ticket buyers continue to see amounts in the event currency.
- The event overview and order list show amounts in the payout currency, while event currency details remain available.
- Most reports use the payout currency, while the detailed orders report includes both event and payout currencies.
This update gives you a clearer view of your earnings in the payout currency.
