What you can do for free:

3.5% for paid features
We charge a 3.5% fee on ticket sales made through Fienta, with a minimum of 0.4 USD per order. Additionally, VAT is added to the fee where applicable.

Additional features
- Add an extra 0.20 USD to each sold ticket for reserved seating options.
- Activate PayPal payments for an additional cost of 1% + 0.35 EUR per transaction. Note that PayPal is only available for events priced in EUR.
About VAT on our fee
- VAT does not apply if you are based outside the European Union or are a registered company in any EU country besides Estonia, with a valid EU VAT number.
- A 22% VAT is required on our fee for private individuals from the EU, EU-registered companies lacking a VAT number, or for those located in Estonia.
Example: If you're selling tickets at 20€ each, our service charge is 3.5%, equating to 0.7€. Should VAT be relevant to you, a 22% increase is added, making the total service fee 0.85€.
Payment fees included
Our pricing includes most bank, credit card, and payment processing fees. Unlike many other platforms, we do not add these fees on top of our listed prices.
No buyer fees
We ensure transparency in our pricing by not adding any extra charges to your ticket prices. Your buyers pay only the amount you set, with no additional fees.
Free for free events
Our complimentary services for non-ticketed events include attendee registration, confirmation and notification delivery, ticket scanning, and participant list exporting and printing, all at no charge.
No hidden fees
We guarantee transparency with no sign-up, monthly, or payout fees. Our charges are solely based on your actual ticket sales.
Built-in payments
Our system includes built-in options for credit card, bank link, and invoice payments, eliminating the need for separate registrations with payment providers.
Flexible payouts
While our standard payout schedule is monthly, we offer the flexibility to request additional payments at your convenience.
