If you’re newer but curious and ready to play, you’re welcome too — we’ll guide you through the fundamentals while exploring more advanced ideas.
This is a focused 3-hour intensive, not a jam or drop-in. We’ll move from core principles to advanced long-form concepts, blending acting craft and improvisation into scenes that feel grounded, honest, and connected.
Working with Arek Ziętek Warsaw-based theatre teacher trained with Keith Johnstone, creator of Theatresports you’ll explore:
Building believable characters in the moment
Emotional truth and listening as the engine of the scene
Relationships that drive long-form storytelling
Presence, commitment, and clarity on stage
Advanced tools to sustain scenes beyond jokes
The emphasis is on acting first, comedy second keeping scenes real, playful, and alive.
