Breathing into Life - Expansive Breathwork and Sound Healing Journey

On the 2nd of December 2023 we will be welcoming you at the address Estonia 6, in the halls of Tallinn Secondary School of Science for a unique healing experience.

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬.

The Breathwork session will be guided by Juhan Noode and Elina Kadaja. Soundscapes by Jana Solom and Denis Vinogradov.

Please come with a intention of what you wish to expand or bring forth in your life. This allows you to receive the deepest healing. Everything what happens in the space will remain confident. All emotions are welcomed. We are creating a safe space where to let loose and let go.

During the event we will be using different string instruments, drums, flutes, handpans, piano and the cosmic soundscapes of the synthesizer to create a unique experience for this space and time.

In altered and deep relaxation states we can reprogram old patterns and imprints, let go of old beliefs and attune to new positive ones.
