Track ticket purchases with Google Tag Manager
Fienta now supports tracking customer purchase behaviour with Google Tag Manager (GTM). Key steps in the purchase flow, including ticket selection, payment start, and completed purchases, can be sent to GTM together with the number of tickets purchased and the total transaction value.
Google Tag Manager is a free tool for managing and deploying marketing tags. With GTM, you can track user interaction events across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter more easily.
