FACTORY BRUNCH — a special edition of our beloved brunch series, “I Have Something to Say.”

This time, we’re leaving the restaurant behind and heading to a real cosmetics factory: Eurobio Lab in Tallinn — the place where ICE Professional, Organic Shop, Organic People, Natura Siberica and other familiar brands are made.

What to Expect

• A Behind-the-Scenes Factory Tour
  We’ll walk through the production facilities and see for ourselves how creams, shampoos, scrubs and other cosmetic products are made.

• A Hands-On Workshop
  Every guest will have the opportunity to create a personalized hair mask by ICE Professional.

• A Conversation About What Really Makes Cosmetics Good
  We’ll be welcomed by Svetlana Kelman, Head of Eurobio Lab and a speaker at the IQ Beauty 2.0 conference. Together with the factory’s technologist, she’ll explain how cosmetics are developed, what to look for in an ingredient list and which details on a label really matter.

• A Lecture by Ilya Komarov — a master stylist at Denis Kovalenko’s salon, a mentor to aspiring hairstylists and a prizewinner in professional competitions.

We’ll talk about hair without myths or complicated terminology:
— why some people’s hair becomes greasy by the end of the day, while others can go several days without losing its freshness;
— how to cleanse the scalp properly and choose the right haircare routine;
— what hairsprays, gels and mousses actually do;
— what determines hair’s softness, manageability and natural texture.

Our host and organizer, Elena Solomina, TV presenter, speech coach and founder of the Speaker at the Top public speaking studio, will guide us through the entire program — from the first cup of coffee to the final prize draws.
