This workshop offers an exceptional opportunity to explore and create traditional Turkish Iznik ceramic art. Here's a detailed breakdown of what to expect:
The session begins with a 15-minute introduction to Iznik tile art, covering its origins, distinctive features, and historical background.
An Iznik art specialist and our curator will lead the workshop, demonstrating fundamental painting techniques, including color mixing and tile application.
We provide all necessary materials at no cost, including a 20 × 20 cm tile, brushes, and paints.
Upon completion, you'll take home your finished artwork as a unique, personalized memento of your Turkish experience.
The workshop lasts 3 hours.
