🪁 Illustration workshop “Atmospheres with Colour” is led by the acknowledged Finnish illustrator Emmi Jormailainen and explores the narrative and atmospheric possibilities of working with a limited colour palette. Through a series of small exercises and discussions, we will examine how constraint can become a tool for clarity, emotion, and depth in illustration. The workshop offers both inspiration and practical techniques for using colour more intentionally and expressively.
🖌️How?
• Learning different ways to combine colors
• Creating limited color palettes
• Testing color ideas with colored pencils and gouache (colors provided by the workshop)
🐛 Bring along your own characters! (in case you already have some)
