Tantra Date – A Meeting That Begins on a Deeper Level

Sinu Ruum, Tallinn

Discover a different way of meeting people – less judgment, more presence, genuine encounters, and human warmth.

Have you ever felt that at a typical dating event, we tend to judge someone’s appearance too quickly, worry about what to say, or try to make the best possible impression?

But what if you could let go of all that for a moment and meet others in a completely different way?

Tantra Date is a playful, experiential evening for singles who want to step away from everyday routines, slow down, and discover what it feels like to connect with others without the usual expectations or pressure to perform.

This is not speed dating or simply an evening of conversation. It is an opportunity to experience meeting people through presence, eye contact, breathing, movement, gentle touch, and heartfelt conversations.

✨ What Makes This Evening Special?

Imagine entering a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are.

The evening begins in a safe and supportive environment, where participants can gradually shift away from the mindset of everyday life.

In everyday dating, we often find ourselves wondering what the other person thinks of us. Here, you can practice simply being present – noticing your breath, bodily sensations, and emotions, and allowing encounters to unfold naturally.

Through simple, guided exercises, we explore how our experience can change when we slow down, quiet the mind, and become truly present.

💞 What Can You Take Away from This Evening?

1. An opportunity to meet people differently

Eye contact, gentle hand-touching, and guided encounters help create connection even when you do not immediately know what to say. You can experience what it is like to meet someone with curiosity and openness, without having to decide straight away whether they might become your partner.

2. A deeper connection with yourself

Breathing and presence practices invite you to pay attention to your own feelings and needs. You can become more aware of your emotions, bodily sensations, natural responses, and what helps you feel comfortable when interacting with others.

3. More confidence and ease in social interactions

Playful exercises offer an opportunity to step outside familiar social patterns. You can explore what it feels like to be more open, express yourself more authentically, and meet others without needing to prove anything or impress anyone.

4. An experience of gentleness and conscious touch

Guided hand-touching and other agreed forms of contact invite you to notice how touch feels and how important presence, attentiveness, and mutual trust are in these moments.

5. More meaningful conversations and new connections

Throughout the evening, you will meet different people and share thoughts and experiences through questions that go beyond ordinary small talk. You may discover unexpected similarities, new perspectives, or simply enjoy a warm and genuine conversation.

6. Playfulness, movement, and joy

Music, shaking, and free movement offer an opportunity to release tension and bring your attention from your head into your body. Not everything needs to be serious – meeting new people can also be light-hearted, fun, and full of surprises.

🤍 Safety, Boundaries, and Consent

Your well-being and personal boundaries matter.

Every participant decides how much they wish to take part. You are always free to opt out of an exercise, choose a way of participating that feels right for you, or stop at any moment.

Touch and partner exercises take place with mutual consent. Everyone’s boundaries are respected, and you never have to justify your choices.

Blindfolds are part of a small part of the guided experience, but your comfort always matters more than completing an exercise. If an activity does not feel right for you, you can choose to not be blindfolded.

You do not need to be experienced, particularly confident, or extroverted. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to experience as much as feels right for you.

Tantra Teacher & Intimacy Mentor

Filipa's journey began in biomedical science, with studies at Oxford and Johns Hopkins, followed by a successful corporate career in Switzerland. Yet, despite her achievements, she felt disconnected from her body and deeper desires.

A transformative journey through yoga, tantra, and embodiment in Bali inspired her to leave her corporate career and dedicate herself to exploring intimacy, pleasure, and conscious relationships.

Today, she shares practices that bridge the intellectual world with embodied wisdom, helping people cultivate deeper connection, authenticity, and joy in life and love.
