SUMMER CONGRESS 2023 - DAL

DELEGATE AT LARGE

DAL refers to all participants not on the official delegates list, including spouses, companions, children, guests, observers, veterans, etc.

The DAL participation excludes access to the Military Area in Santahamina. DAL participants cannot visit MILCOMP, held at Santahamina Military Island. The DAL package does not include lunches at Paasitorni, except on Thursday with Symposium.

The DAL ticketholders are not included in the Council and Committee work. The DAL ticketholders cannot access the meeting rooms reserved for the Committees and the Council.

TICKETS AND REGISTRATION

There is no obligation for a Delegate At Large to buy tickets, but if they want to take part in Congress key events, each participant must register and buy a ticket. Tickets are sold only in Fienta and must be purchased, and invoices paid before the event. People without registration are not permitted to participate. Registration is open until 31 May.

SCHEDULE

The DAL package with the Closing Dinner includes:

• Opening Ceremony – Monday, 26 June, at Kasarmitori Square.
• Walking tour for sightseeing and shopping in Helsinki – Tuesday, 27 June.
• Excursion, destination TBC – Wednesday, 27 June.
• Symposium – Thursday, 29 June, in Paasitorni Conference Centre Congress Hall.
• Closing Ceremony and Closing Dinner – Friday, 30 June, in Paasitorni Conference Centre Congress Hall..

The DAL package without the closing includes:

• Opening Ceremony – Monday, 26 June, at Kasarmitori Square.
• Walking tour for sightseeing and shopping in Helsinki – Tuesday, 27 June.
• Symposium – Thursday, 29 June, in Paasitorni Conference Centre Congress Hall.
