You trust this stranger to take you from point A to point B, even though you are not entirely sure whether you even trust their taste in music. One of your co-passengers has used a sweet bodyspray this morning, elaborately. Yellow headlights reflect back from the house windows lining the darkening street. You're no longer sure whether we even agreed upon the destination of this trip. You look out the window and listen to the conversation beginning to emerge between two other passengers, following the rhythm of the intersecting streets and the changing speed limit.

"DRIVE-IN" discovers a new stage and playspace: the car. Curated performative voyage flows through the city. This is an invitation to experience the car and the urban space as they are; to take the time to observe and appreciate the patterns of movement. There are possibilities, options and time.

The performance takes place in a moving car. Up to four passengers (in addition to the performer) drive together. The car ride is safe for everyone.
