In this culinary workshop and tasting event you will create a delicious traditional mojos from local fresh ingredients and enjoy the authentic taste while listening the entertaining tales about the history of travel routes of different iconic Canarian foods and learn where their names come from. We are located in truly historical village of Chirche in South Tenerife. You can see ancient terrace fields and threshing grounds. The event will give you an insight to the fascinating world of taste pairing. Workshop includes hands-on activity while using mortar and pestle. Refreshments are available during the event.
