We invite you to celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Vana Toomas restaurant, which offers a beautiful view of the Town Hall square and Old Town's Christmas market! Musician Merlin Purge and a four-course dinner will help create the mood.

• Glazed goat cheese salad with mango salsa (V,L)
• Mussels in a citrusy white wine sauce
• Beef bœuf à la tartar with paprika mayonnaise

MAIN COURSE (choose one):

• Duck breast with parsnip cream, flambéed apples and cherry red wine sauce
• Beef sirloin with grilled asparagus, oyster mushrooms, herb cream and red wine pepper sauce 250 g
• Halibut with vegetables, chive pesto cream and herb whey sauce
• Locally sourced celery in several varieties (V,VG,L)

PREDESSERT:

• Refreshing limesorbet with sparkling wine
