Christmas Concert of Tallinn Baroque Orchestra Fatto per la notte di Natale

Tallinn Baroque Orchestra with soloists Meelis Orgse (violin), Mari-Liis Uibo (violin) and Lembit Orgse (harpsichord) will perform music by Vivaldi, Bach and Corelli.

At the Tallinn Baroque Orchestra's Christmas concert, which also marks the launch of the "Bach & Vivaldi" series, we, along with soloists Meelis Orgse (violin), *Mari-Liis Uibo' (violin), and Lembit Orgse (harpsichord), will present a selection of the Baroque era's most brilliant instrumental concertos in the White Hall of the House of the Blackheads. Expect the elegance of Vivaldi, the ingenious polyphony and beautiful melodies of Bach, and, as the crowning touch, Corelli's concerto grosso specially composed for the festive season. An evening that brings warmth and holiday cheer to the winter darkness—all performed in a historically informed manner on period instruments.
