Ingredients of a wonderful dinner are indeed rather simple - welcoming hosts, pure tastes, good wine pairing and great company. All of this awaits you on Friday 16 Feb at Piesta Kuusikaru farm.
Chefs of this special evening, Oskar Raudsepp/Omakandi BBQ and Raido Soosaar/Samliku Pekker have created a delicious 6-course menu for you to enjoy:
Smoked bream and brioche
Beef tongue, rye bread and mushroom broth
Trout, potato rösti and dill
BBQ duck, flat bread and jalapeno
Organic beef fillet, green vegetables and red wine sauce
Red currant panna cotta and white chocolate
What makes the experience at Piesta pop-up restaurant so special, is the opportunity to get up close and personal with the chefs. As you can see for yourself, their approach is simple - only the best is good enough.
Wines have been carefully chosen and the same applies to non-alcoholic drinks.
Capacity is limited by the small size of Piesta farm café - maximum of 20 guests will be attending this dinner.
