The Ultimate Ascot Ladies Day returns to Oakridge!

Enjoy a fantastic day full of glamour, racing, delicious food and drink followed by live performances featuring 3 piece band ‘Hold Tight’ playing classic euphoric hits, wonderful female vocalist and our resident DJ.

What’s Included:

• Royal Drinks Reception:

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by one of our butlers who will provide you and your party with complimentary glasses of Prosecco, Pimms with canapés.

• Photography:

Upon request our photographer will be taking single portrait and group photos, Hi-res prints and digital copies will be available for purchase.

• Three Course Decadent Dinner:

A Delicious meal prepared and cooked by our head chef, using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients. Accompanied by your tables selection of Wine all served by your butler who will be on hand take care of your parties every request.

• Live Racing from Ascot:

Place your bets and celebrate in style! Our female Bookmaker will assist you with placing your bets on each of the seven races. Races will be shown live on our large screens from 2:30pm-5:35pm, During which time your butler will be providing table service (In the Buff of corse).

• Afternoon Tea & Cakes:

Enjoy a delectable assortment of sweet treats accompanied by a choice of tea and coffee. Again, all served by your Butler in the Buff.

• Live Entertainment:

We’ve booked ‘Hold Tight’ three piece, male fronted band to headline the event, performing classic hits from the 60's rite to the current day. We also have a wonderful female vocalist and our resident DJ to ensure you and your ladies can dance, sing and party together!

• Fun, Games & Fundraising:

Inspired by the legendary charity events previously organised by Margaret Bell. This years event will include a number of fun party games throughout the day, including the classics, some new additions and a prize raffle. All proceeds will be donated to The Margaret Bell School and our 2022-23 Captain’s Charity.

• Evening BBQ:

The ‘Spitting Pig’ specialist chefs will be serving up an unforgettable BBQ for you and your ladies to enjoy throughout the evening.

Table Sizes & Group Booking:

We are selling this event in tables of 8 and 12. The minimum group booking is 4 people. Please note that parties of fewer than 8 may be seated at large tables with other guests.

Payment Terms:

We require a non-refundable deposit of £20pp, with final payments due by 18th May 2022. All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
