Anna Elliott , who is the head of the International Retail and Consumer Goods Sector. She is a partner in Osborne Clarke's employment practice and leads the Bristol employment team.

Anna joined Osborne Clarke from a leading international firm where she worked for most of her career, qualifying into the employment team in London in 2002 and subsequently starting the employment team in Sydney where she is also qualified and became a partner.
With over 18 years' experience advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, Anna has particular expertise in advising businesses on post-termination restraints, discrimination and harassment issues, restructures and redundancies, employment disputes and employment aspects of corporate transactions. In addition, Anna leads international client relationships for key clients and numerous cross-border employment projects.

Known for her commercial solutions-driven approach, Anna's clients range from large global corporates to smaller companies. She has significant experience advising clients in the fashion and luxury, retail, life sciences and healthcare, workforce solutions, media and technology sectors. She also leads the UK firm's Retail and Consumer team, which is ranked #1 in Legal 500 and acts for well-known retail and consumer brands. Anna also advises leading fashion and luxury brands on a broad range of strategic and complex employment matters. She is also the key employment contact for the firm's life sciences and healthcare sector where her clients range from pharma, medical devices and digital healthcare companies.

Lara Fatemi, who is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's employment team and is based in London. She is particularly experienced in providing transactional, advisory and litigation employment support to private equity houses and their portfolios.
Lara advises on a wide variety of employment matters including employment disputes, post termination restraints, harassment and discrimination investigations, dismissals and restructurings.
She is particularly experienced in advising on the employment side as part of corporate transactions (including private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) investments, IPOs and on the buy and sale side of M&A transactions). Her clients include a range of private equity houses and portfolios, VC companies and listed businesses. Lara also regularly advises management teams on their employment terms as part of private equity investments.

Lara has assisted in a variety of cross jurisdictional matters and has spent time working with the employment team in Osborne Clarke’s Milan office. Whilst she supports clients across a range of sectors, she has particular expertise in advising businesses in the TMC and Financial Services sectors.

Clare Boden
who is Corporate Tax Partner at Gravita and has worked as a tax advisor since 2007 starting in London, training in a Top 10 firm before joining a Big 4 firm. Her experience spans a broad range of taxes in the UK and multiple international jurisdictions both in practice and in-house.
Clare moved to the South West in 2015 to be closer to family and, following her role at Dyson, has continued to work with clients in many sectors with particular knowledge in the engineering, manufacturing and real estate & construction sectors.
The work that Clare carries out ranges from management and review of tax compliance, reporting and governance, including complex technical analysis to projects such as tax due diligence and tax structuring advice. This experience has provided Clare with insightful knowledge of how to deal with the tax issues resulting from rapid growth and expansion and multi-jurisdictional tax regimes and her practical experience also provides entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses with proactive, tax effective advice in the South West.

Helen Gale
who is the Head of Private client tax at Gravita and joined in June 2019. Helen’s experience extends over 35 years including a start with HMRC before moving on to work for Top 4 firms in London and time in industry with British Airways.
Over that time, she has developed a specialism for providing practical advice to a wide range of clients across corporation tax, employment tax, personal tax, trust tax, capital gains tax, tax residency issues and inheritance tax. Also, in recent years this has developed into working with solicitors to provide Single Joint Expert witness reports.
