An Evening of Deep Connection and Renewal

The Winter Solstice is a sacred turning that invites us to pause, honour the cycles of nature and embrace the quiet wisdom within. As the longest night unfolds, we come together in community to reflect, release, and restore.

In the glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation through the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other resonant instruments. Layers of sound will weave together with the gentle, nurturing energy of Reiki to soothe your mind, body and spirit.

What to bring:
We will have chairs, mats and bolsters to suit all levels of mobility. If you have specific needs, do let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Pillows and blankets will be available for you. Feel free to bring anything else that helps you get cozy — maybe a hot water bottle, your favourite crystal, fuzzy socks, sleep mask...

There'll be some time for reflection. So, if you tend to reflect through writing or doodling, bring a pen and favourite journal along.

About Your Hosts:

Jess
Jess is a Reiki Master Teacher and shamanic practitioner. She began practicing Reiki in 2019 as a way to support her self development and since then, Reiki has been her most profound teacher. Through Reiki, she has learned to listen to her body, responding to discomfort with curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness.

Soon after receiving her Reiki practitioner degree, she began volunteering at Crisis UK and The Magpie Project and sharing Reiki sessions with those who are unhoused or at direct risk of becoming unhoused. After witnessing how these sessions provided relief, hope and a space for people to come back to themselves, she opened her own private practice called Abra Reiki.

She provides supportive spaces for individual & collective growth by teaching Reiki, sharing private sessions, hosting Reiki shares & Reiki circles. She is dedicated to supporting the community's wellbeing by creating inclusive & accessible Reiki events like The Community Reiki Clinic at Zenw2 Collective.

Ebony
Ebony is the founder of Fiery Hearts, a vibrant wellness hub dedicated to creating meaningful experiences and making holistic practices accessible to underserved communities. Her mission is to help people feel connected, supported, and energised, bringing passion and expertise to every session she leads.
