The EU Inc initiative is backed by tech heavyweights from the founders of Stripe, Wise, and DeepL to VC funds like Index, Atomico, Sequoia, Lightspeed, SpeedInvest, and Plural. Heck, even people like Paul Graham, Niklas Zennstroem, and Patrick Collision have signed the petition.

So what is EU Inc all about? Will it really help in improve how startups access funding and foster a single (capital) market? How can founders, investors, and startup employees actually benefit from a new legal institution? And do member states really want this?
