Group counselling on work life and labor rights

In this workshop, we will discuss about Estonian working life and labor law with best experts on the field.

During the workshop, we will take a look at the usual salary levels in different working areas and will find out which contract terms should be accepted and which should not. Together we will discuss how to protect ourselves from unpleasant working conditions and what to do if we unexpectedly will find ourselves in bad or even dangerous work environment.

The session is organized by the Estonian Refugee Council in cooperation with the Unemployment Insurance Fund and the Labor Inspectorate.
