Relaxing Yin Yoga & Gong Sound Journey

Please arrive few minutes earlier so that we can start on time. Downstairs at the main entrance, please ring doorbell no 9, I will let you in. Take the elevator on the right side, studio is located on 3rd floor, on the door is mentioned B9.
Closest parking space if you come by car are Maxima (2hrs with parking clock), Rimi (3 hrs with parking clock) and Rocca al Mare parking, which are 5 minutes walking away.

An evening of stillness, where you are invited to simply be.

In this soft and nurturing Yin yoga class, we slow down and settle into poses for longer periods of time, using props and conscious breathing to allow the body and mind to deeply relax. The session ends with a planetary gong sound journey – a vibrational experience that invites inner peace and balance.

Yin yoga works on the deep connective tissues and joints, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and soothe the nervous system. It’s a perfect antidote to a busy lifestyle and offers a quiet space for restoration – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

🌀 The session includes:

A calming arrival and breath awareness

Yin yoga poses held gently with the support of props

A closing relaxation with a planetary gong sound bath (sound journey)

🎶 The Gong Sound Journey takes you on a wave of vibration, guiding your body and mind into a meditative state. This passive and deeply restorative experience can bring lasting calm and clarity.

Your guide for this session is Kristiina Maajärv, a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200, KRI 200) and Mindfulness Coach (World Coaching Organization certificate in the process 2024). Her expertise in sound therapy, yoga, and mindfulness guarantees a caring and professional session that supports you on your personal journey toward inner peace and balance.
