Cooking class of most iconic Canarian specialities: papas arrugadas, mojo sauces, carne de cabra, goat cheese and bienmesabe, paired with entertaining stories about the origin of foods. The instructor of the workshop is Chef Ave, with her long-standing experience as the chef de cuisine on cruise lines.
