Cooking class of most iconic Canarian specialities: papas arrugadas, mojo sauces, carne de cabra, goat cheese and bienmesabe while listening to entertaining commentary on the recipes. The instructor of the workshop is Chef Ave, with her long-standing experience as the chef de cuisine on cruise lines.
