RSVP invitations for better attendance tracking
Knowing who is actually coming is often just as important as selling tickets - especially for events that rely on invitations or confirmed guests. To support this, we’ve added RSVP invitations to Fienta.
RSVP invitations can be used with any event - public or private, free or paid. They allow you to invite specific guests and track attendance confirmations, even if the same event is also open for public ticket sales.
Each invited guest receives a personal invitation link where they can quickly confirm whether they are attending. There is no checkout flow and no account required, which makes responding fast and effortless. On the organiser side, all responses are visible in real time, so you always know who has accepted, declined, or not yet replied.
This is especially useful when you want reliable attendance data for speakers, VIP guests, press, partners, or internal teams, while still selling tickets to the wider audience. RSVP invitations add an extra layer of clarity without creating a separate event or workflow.
As with other Fienta features, you stay in control. You can limit capacity, collect additional information from guests, update responses manually if needed, and export guest lists for planning or check-in.
RSVP invitations are available to all organisers and require no additional setup.
