We’re delighted to host an interactive masterclass designed for senior leaders who want to move beyond AI hype and explore how artificial intelligence truly creates value across an organisation.
This session reframes AI as a leadership and value creation conversation, rather than a technology or tools-based discussion. Through structured facilitation and peer-led exploration, participants will examine where AI can reduce friction, improve flow, and strengthen decision-making across people, processes, and systems.
This is not an AI training session. It is a strategic, practical conversation grounded in real organisational challenges.

David Finch, is a strategic advisor and founder of Thinking in Fields, where he works with senior leaders to help them see their organisations more clearly and make better decisions about value, people and change.
His work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership and technology, helping organisations understand how value is really created and where friction builds up across customer experience, internal processes and team capacity. Rather than treating AI as a technical solution, David focuses on how it supports orchestration, the leadership capability that aligns people, systems and decisions so businesses can move well.
David works with a mix of SMEs, membership organisations and leadership teams, often using simple frameworks and facilitated conversations to surface what’s getting in the way of progress. His sessions are practical, grounded and designed to help leaders think differently about the challenges they’re already facing.

Session format:
The masterclass combines individual reflection, small group discussion, and facilitated insight sharing.
Participants will work through a real business process, mapping it across the 5 Lanes Model to identify friction points, value leakage, and opportunities where AI can strengthen flow rather than add complexity.
Each attendee will leave with a personal roadmap, including one AI-enabled value opportunity, a key internal conversation to initiate, and a practical next step.
