What Does Good FP&A Really Look Like in Practice?

Wednesday 25. March at 08:30 - 10:30

Aspire, Leeds

We are delighted to invite you to an upcoming in person NOVA session in the North, delivered in partnership with Robert Half. This session brings together senior finance leaders for an open, experience led discussion on how FP&A functions are evolving and what good really looks like in practice.

FP&A has evolved far beyond budgeting and reporting. For today’s CFOs and senior finance leaders, it plays a critical role in decision making, influencing strategy, and enabling organisations to respond effectively to change.

This in person NOVA session, in partnership with Robert Half, brings together senior finance leaders for an informal, experience led panel discussion focused on what good FP&A looks like in practice and how CFOs have driven meaningful improvements within their organisations.

The conversation will explore what has worked well, what has not, and the practical realities of evolving FP&A from a backward looking reporting function into a forward looking, commercially engaged capability. This is a peer discussion with space for honest reflection and shared learning.
