3-Day Women’s Retreat with Selva from Colombia

Woman and Her Wild Nature is a three-day immersive journey for women who feel the call to reconnect with their body, intuition and authentic nature.

For the first time, Selva @respirodelaselva comes from Colombia to Latvia, bringing a deeply embodied practice rooted in ancestral wisdom, connection with nature and years of personal exploration.

This retreat is not about becoming a “better” version of yourself. It is an invitation to soften the layers of expectations, roles and control, and return to something more instinctive, alive and true within you.

Throughout the three days, Selva will guide us through embodiment practices, breathwork, ancestral rituals, movement, connection with the elements and nature, and deeply personal inner work.

One of the most special aspects of Selva’s work is her attentive approach to each woman. Alongside the group journey, every participant will receive an individual activation from Selva, based on Amazonian traditions and her intuitive work.

The retreat will also include a period of silence and a meditative tea ceremony guided by Alyona Bauska, creating space for integration, stillness and deeper listening.

We will live together surrounded by Latvian nature, sharing nourishing vegetarian food, practices, silence, warmth and connection.

This retreat is for you if you feel that something inside is asking for more freedom, more truth, more connection with your body and a return to the woman underneath all the roles you carry.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Your place is reserved with a 50% payment of the total retreat price.

The reservation payment is non-refundable, as we begin covering organisational costs based on confirmed participation.

The only exception is if the retreat is cancelled by the organisers. In this case, your reservation payment will be fully refunded.
