What comes to mind when you eat today? 🌿
Is a balanced diet easy for you or does thinking about food cause stress? Many of us are probably quite aware of which foods support our health and which ones do not. However, wading through the abundance of nutritional information can cause confusion and negative emotions. For example, it is sometimes almost impossible to understand whether a recommendation is based on science or is it a predatory capitalistic patriarchal diet culture manipulation.
Peaasi.ee invites everyone to think about a balanced diet and pleasant emotions as part of this years vitamin course. Let's get together and talk about the worries and joys of a eating well, share tips and recipes and simply listen, be and feel the warm sense of community. If you wish, bring snacks* that you associate with good emotions or that you have a story to tell. Or just delicious nibbles*.
NB: To respect non-human animals and animal-loving participants, let's only bring plant-based foods 💚
🇬🇧 🇪🇪 Depending on the needs and preferences of the participants, the evening will be in Estonian or in English. Let us know about your language preferences when registering.
