Sauga Fishing Village Crayfish Party – One of the Most Delicious Evenings of the Summer!

The Sauga Fishing Village Crayfish Party is a unique combination of exceptional food, live music and great company in the beautiful Sauga Harbour.
For nearly ten years, we have been hosting our annual Crayfish Party, helping to create and celebrate Estonia's own crayfish feast tradition.

The evening begins at 6:00 PM as we welcome our guests and introduce the fascinating story of the Estonian noble crayfish—its origins, habitat and traditional harvesting. Together, we'll light the pots in our outdoor grill garden and start cooking the crayfish over an open fire.

At 6:30 PM, we gather around one long table while our good friends Margaret Kodusaar (vocals) and Sven Randoja (guitar & vocals) create the evening's atmosphere with their concert "From Bossa Nova to Blues." Their versatile programme features pop and rock classics, original compositions and, of course, plenty of room for spontaneous musical moments.

Throughout the evening, our Oyster Bar will be open for guests wishing to enjoy freshly opened oysters. At Sadamarestoran you can also choose a glass of sparkling wine or your favourite drink and enjoy the evening at your own pace.
