TĒJĀ Festival is a two full day and night gathering in nature, where tea becomes the main instrument for self-discovery and cultivating presence.
The festival takes place in the picturesque park of a historic manor by the Mūsa River, where the entire landscape transforms into a collection of immersive experiences.
The Tea Temple hosts continuous Gong Fu tea ceremonies led by different tea masters, alongside an introduction to Latvian wild and herbal teas.
The Sanctuary invites visitors into meditation, silence, breathwork, and practices for deeper self-connection. It also features talks on conscious living, personal well-being, and the microbiome.
The Body & Movement space offers somatic practices, free movement, dance, and body liberation through music.
The Fire Circle becomes a place for live tribal music, communal singing, the festival’s opening circle, and the closing ceremony.
Throughout the festival, guests can enjoy common pickicks with wholesome meals, discover innovative healthy products from local producers, experience a swim in the Mūsa River with a poet, join inspiring conversations, and participate in creative workshops that encourage a closer relationship with nature and oneself.
As evening falls, the park comes alive with live music, tribal rhythms around the fire, musical jam sessions, Ecstatic Dance, a traditional sauna, and collective singing beneath the open sky.
This is already the fourth edition of the TĒJĀ Festival. We have received heartfelt feedback about its warm atmosphere, family-like spirit, sense of freedom, and genuine human connection. We intentionally create a space where everyone can feel welcomed, safe, and at home.
TĒJĀ is more than a festival. It is a living community and a space to step away from the pace of everyday life, reconnect with nature, meet like-minded people, and experience the simple beauty of authentic presence.
