Two days and two nights to return to yourself with TēJā.
21-23 August
We will gather around the fire, wake up in the silence of nature, and after a shared picnic, surrender to a continuous flow of ceremonies, somatic practices, and sauna rituals.
On Saturday, most of the program will take place in complete silence.
Our guides will lead you into the magic of presence. Together, we will create a space where you can set aside your social masks and deeply reconnect with your true essence.
Not an overloaded schedule, but a single flowing journey of experiences that brings you ever closer to yourself and to nature.
This year, TēJā Festival transforms into TēJā Journey, inviting you to discover yourself more deeply and experience that genuine understanding often happens without words.
Silence helps slow down the perception of time, deepen the breath, and awaken creative potential. At the end of the day, after our shared sharing circle, we will begin speaking again and continue experiencing the festival from a completely different, much deeper state of presence.
The space of silence will be filled with the sound of tea being poured, the rustling leaves of the tall aspens in the old manor park, the calls of the herons living along the Mūsa River, the gentle touch of the wind, the steam rising from the saunas, and the soft strokes of the sauna master’s birch whisk.
Our guides will be beside you, offering only gentle invitations back to yourself, never instructions. We will not tell you how to live. We will create a space where you can hear your own inner teacher.
Together, we will learn to listen to the wisdom of the body, trust its intelligence, and restore a deep, intuitive connection with ourselves and with nature.
In the evenings, we will gather around the fire, surrounded by live tribal music, shared singing, the star-filled August sky, the crackling of the flames, and dancing into the stillness of the night.
These will be days filled with tea, living silence, gentle inner warmth, and, above all, authentic encounters that arise from genuine depth.
The full program will be published very soon.
