AI behind the scenes: come visit Ericsson Estonia factory

What does AI transformation look like inside a technology company and manufacturing site, beyond the hype?

As part of Arunädal, Ericsson Estonia is opening its doors to 30 technology enthusiasts for a special behind-the-scenes session at the Ericsson Factory.

We’ll share our journey from automation and digitalisation to AI. You’ll hear perspectives from colleagues working across different domains and explore topics such as:

• how automation and digitalisation have transformed our operations;

• what physical AI can look like on the factory floor;

• how we are exploring AI opportunities across functions and roles;

• what it takes to engage around 2,000 employees in an AI mindset shift;

• how we activate AI Champions and build grassroots momentum;

• how we approach AI upskilling and help people move from curiosity or uncertainty towards practical use.

But we don’t want this to be a one-way presentation.

When registering, tell us what you are most curious about. We’ll use participants’ interests to shape the discussion and bring in speakers from different areas of Ericsson to make the session as relevant as possible.

And, of course, a visit to Ericsson wouldn’t be complete without seeing where technology comes to life: the programme also includes a visit to our factory floor.
