Internal massage through guided breathing, self-massage with a careful selection of oils and clay to release built-up stress, and vocal practices to release the inner tension.

You can expect ritual oiling and an introduction to the secrets of a truly gentle sauna. Her greatest secret of wrapping people with attentive care lies in creating soundscapes and leading steam with whisks.

Experience the voices coming together, mixed with steam and herbal aromas, when everything around you falls silent to make space for listening your body.

The facilitator conducts the session in Estonian, English, or Russian, depending on the composition of the group.
