Robert Jürjendal 6.0 will perform on the 9th of October at the Viljandi Guitar Festival. 🎸

Robert Jürjendal 6.0 is a special anniversary concert bringing together three distinctive ensembles that offer a cross-section of Robert Jürjendal's musical output to date. Over the course of the evening, audiences will hear both earlier works and newly composed pieces, offering a retrospective of his artistic journey while marking the beginning of a new chapter.

The longest-standing of the three ensembles is Weekend Guitar Trio, featuring Robert Jürjendal, Mart Soo and Tõnis Leemets, whose music is characterized by a more experimental musical language.

In Aaviku Aedade Muusika, Robert Jürjendal is joined by Anti Jürjendal and Toomas Rull, presenting a New Romantic, minimalist sound world.

The third ensemble, TriLoBiit, brings together Robert Jürjendal, Raun Juurikas and Toomas Rull, exploring a musical landscape inspired by cosmic fusion.

The programme presents a selection of works from Robert Jürjendal's solo albums Rõõmu allikas, Valguse palsam, Lihtminevik and Vesi leiab tee. The concert also features newly composed works alongside fresh soundscapes.

Robert Jürjendal 6.0 is both a reflection on his creative work to date and a marker of the beginning of a new and unpredictable journey.
