As a tradition of the festival, TIF is excited to bring back our popular risography workshops! The Risography Crash Course is led by artist and printmaker Robin Ellis.
Risography Crash Course is a short 1 ½ hour workshop introducing you to the joys of Risoprinting. Using analogue drawing tools, you’ll plan and print a single-colour postcard in a small edition. No previous experience in printmaking is necessary. The Risography Crash Course will be led in English.
🧙♂️About the workshop leader:
Robin Clifford Ellis is an artist, printmaker, and co-founder of Risograph studio If By Magic. With a career stretching back over 20 years, Robin has amassed an eclectic portfolio of artist-books, experimental self-generative artworks, animation shorts, and commercial commissions. He has run dozens of workshops and courses focusing primarily on printmaking and its expressive and communicative possibilities.
