The Riga Pride 2026 March will take place on June 13th.
Gathering starts: From 11:00
Line-up for the march: From 12:00 (Groups must arrive at their designated gathering locations by 12:30 at the latest).
March start: 13:00 (Concluding at the Pride Park and Closing Event venue).
The Closing Event in Pride Park will run after the march until 18:00.
Location for the Gathering and Pride Park: Esplanade.
Please note that the gathering time and location, as well as the Pride Park venue, are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control
The deadline for group applications is Sunday, 8 June at 15:00.
If you wish to participate as an organized group in Riga Pride 2026 - allowing you to march as a unified bloc representing your brand, company, state or local government institution, NGO, or informal group - you will be assigned a sequence number for the procession. Therefore, please register your group in advance.
Each registered group must appoint safety stewards who will be required to sign an acknowledgment of responsibility for maintaining order within the group during the march.
Groups of up to 20 people: 1 steward
Groups of 21 to 100 people: 2 stewards
Larger groups: An additional 2 stewards for every 100 people.

Registered groups will have the opportunity to register a vehicle for the march, as well as rent an information tent in Pride Park. You will receive details regarding the lineup, your group's sequence number, and other information within a few days of registration. Vehicle capacity for the march is limited, so priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. (Please note that all vehicles must be roadworthy in accordance with Road Traffic Regulations).
Individuals can participate in the Pride March for free. However, political parties, businesses, and other organizations that are not informal groups or NGOs - and are marching as a corporate/organized bloc - are subject to a participation fee to help fund the logistics of the march and the closing event.
Political parties are considered commercial entities and fall under the business category. Fees also apply for registering a vehicle in the march and for renting an information tent in Pride Park.
Your registration fee helps cover essential expenses such as insurance, security, staging, lighting and sound, music licensing fees, park cleanup, information tent rentals, electricity costs in Pride Park, and various other administrative costs associated with organizing a public event. If you are a Riga Pride 2026 commercial partner (official sponsor), an NGO, an informal non-commercial group, a school or university, a company that has signed the Latvian Diversity Charter, or a state/local government institution, please contact the organizers at [email protected] before registering. You will receive a code for a discount or free participation in the march, a discount code for a vehicle, or a discount code for an information tent in the park.
If you wish to attend Pride by yourself, or with family, friends, and allies, no registration is required. Practical information regarding where to gather and how to join the march will follow very soon.
Gathering for the march begins at 11:00. If your group is using a vehicle, its specific arrival time will be communicated separately.
