Join us for a fun-filled, half term adventure at Rigg Bay! Designed for children aged 8-12 years old, the session offers a perfect blend of education and play in a beautiful woodland and beach setting. Led by experienced forest school practitioners Toni and Pauline, they provide a safe space for young people to be themselves, to gain skills make friends and have fun.


This session includes; Learning about what lives in our wild spaces, playing games, exploring our wild coast and woods, getting our hands dirty and making replicas of native mammal poo out of clay!

Children can be left unaccompanied however a parent or guardian must be present at drop off and pick up. Adults are more than welcome to stay and play.

Although highly unlikely, we reserve the right to ask for participants to be removed in case of serious and/or dangerous poor conduct. Please inform us in advance of any adjustments that may need to be made to support children with additional needs within your booking. For unaccompanied sessions, our ratio of adults to children is 1:8. If your child requires a higher level of adult supervision than this, please contact us prior to booking to discuss how we can support your child to access this session safely.

Evidence for funding grants that supported this event.
