Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales and Event Participation (v.1/14.01.2026)
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the sale of tickets and participation in events organized or co-organized by NIE sp. z o.o., for which ticket sales are conducted via the Fienta platform.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the User and the Organizer at the moment of purchasing a ticket.
1.3. Purchasing a ticket requires prior ознакомление with and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions apply to all events unless specific conditions of a given event state otherwise.

2. Ticket Purchase
2.1. Tickets are purchased via the Fienta platform, in accordance with its technical regulations and payment rules.
2.2. Upon successful purchase of a ticket, an agreement for participation in the event is concluded between the User and the Organizer.
2.3. A ticket entitles the User solely to attend the specific event, at the time and location indicated in the event description.

3. Personal Data Processing
3.1. The controller of Users’ personal data is NIE sp. z o.o. (the Organizer).
3.2. Personal data are processed for the purposes of:
• performance of the ticket sale agreement and participation in the event (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• organizational communication related to the event (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Organizer (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3.3. The scope of processed personal data includes in particular: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and—if provided voluntarily—the username of the User’s Telegram account.
3.4. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
3.5. Personal data are not transferred to third parties, except where such transfer is necessary for the proper organization of the event or technical operations, in particular for:
• ticket sales handling,
• organizational communication,
• preparation of attendee lists or seating arrangements,
• operation of IT systems.
Any transfer of data is limited to the minimum necessary scope and carried out in accordance with applicable law.

4. Marketing Communication (Newsletter)
4.1. The User may voluntarily consent to receive commercial and marketing information from the Organizer by electronic means.
4.2. Granting such consent is not a condition for purchasing a ticket or participating in an event.
4.3. Consent is granted through a separate and explicit action by the User (e.g., selecting a checkbox).
4.4. The User may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

5. Image Recording and Use
5.1. During events, photographs and video recordings documenting the course of the event may be taken.
5.2. Participants’ images may be captured only as part of general event coverage, such as audience shots, reportage materials, or promotional content.
5.3. The dissemination of images takes place in accordance with applicable copyright and related rights regulations.
5.4. A participant who does not consent to the recording of their image should inform the Organizer prior to the start of the event.
5.5. Images will not be used in a manner that infringes upon the personal rights of participants.

6. Organizer’s Liability
6.1. The Organizer is responsible for the proper execution of ticket sales and for organizing the event in accordance with its description.
6.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for the behavior of event participants, including damage caused by participants to other persons or property, unless liability arises from mandatory provisions of law.
6.3. The Organizer shall not be liable for the actions of third parties, including performers, unless such liability results from mandatory legal provisions.
6.4. The Organizer’s liability toward consumers shall not be excluded or limited to the extent such exclusion or limitation would be contrary to applicable law.

7. Events Organized by Third Parties
7.1. In the case of events for which a third party is the actual organizer, information about that entity shall be provided in the event description.
7.2. The entity organizing the event is solely responsible for its course, program, and the safety of participants.
7.3. The Organizer remains responsible toward Users for ticket sales and informational communication in accordance with applicable law.

8. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Ticket Policy
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the event program for reasons beyond its control.
8.2. In the event of significant changes or cancellation, Users will be informed electronically.
8.3. Due to the cultural nature of the events, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
8.4. For events held in multiple cities or on multiple dates, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion and subject to ticket availability, allow a ticket to be transferred to another city or date.
8.5. A transferred ticket may differ in type, price category, or seating location. The Organizer does not guarantee the preservation of the original seat or ticket category.
8.6. If the new ticket has a higher price, the User is required to pay the price difference. If the new ticket is cheaper, the price difference shall not be refunded.
8.7. If the User fails to pay the required price difference within the specified time, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the original ticket.
8.8. The Organizer may cancel a ticket if the User informs that they will not attend the event and does not make use of the offered ticket transfer option.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication and apply to tickets purchased from that date onward.
9.2. The Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions for valid legal or organizational reasons. Amendments shall not affect rights already acquired by Users.
9.3. Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
